Neapolitan toffee...yum! Frozen, it broke and you could eat, and in the summer they melted and would stick to the wax paper. Long thin rectangular bars

how I long for Koo koo's I think about them all the time. The only thing that compares are one certain type of salt water toffees, the neapolitan kind of course but it is hit and miss. Someone please bring back Koo koo's!!!

is there another name for koo koo bars cause they say they arent in the market any more but if you watch the new kfc commercial the guy is eating 1
