Description
These were made by Sunshine brand. They were little lemon-flavored cookies, slightly domed on top, and fully coated with powdered sugar. They were crunchy, but flaky at the same time, similar to a shortbread cookie.

There is a new cookie out, called Lemon Cookies, made by a company called Niche (sp?) that taste exactly like Lemon Coolers. The box even says "Cooler than ever" LOL

Loved thes too. Stasted great and gave a cool sensation when eaten. My daughter is 23yrs and she still looks for them with high hopes,. But I think they have been discontinue. Could go for some now. Wish they would bring them back. Naybe if some othe these companies would bring somethings back they might find out that they sell well.

Were discontinued when Keebler took over Sunshine in 1996. There is a nice pic of a box from the mid-80's on Flickr
