I know that the company still exsists but do they still market the Mars Bar regionally? I can't find it anywhere

no, they took it off the shelves awhile back, last one made a few years ago. came into competition with Snickers Almond. tastes similar, but I refuse to eat them because I am boycotting Snickers Almond.

They were back for a while at Wal-Mart but not any more. Mars bars in other countries are basically Milky Way bars.

Actually came out in 1932. In the US it was discontinued in 2002 and brought back at Walmart in 2010.

From the Saturday morning cartoon vault, TV commercial block for Mars, starting with the original almond bar, followed by one for Milky Way. Both featured comedian Ed Wynn (filmed less than a year before his death at 80). This aired on the "Beatles" cartoon show over ABC (10/30/65). Also found a different commercial block, for the almond bar (with kids only) and for M&Ms with a rather messy (chocolate) kid and cartoon candy and peanut. This aired on the "Road Runner" show over CBS (10/8/66).
