Description
I ate these alot when i was a kid, it was in the old foam containers but it came seperate, you just take the veggie side & put it on top of the meat side & eat! Very good burger, the closest thing i tasted to it is the big & tasty but it is not near as good, bring it back!

I loved these...I recall the commercial for it...it was in the two seperate compartments so "the hot stays hot and the cold stays cold"

I was a teenager and worked for McDonalds when the so-called, "Keeps the hot hot, and the cool cool" McDLT sandwich came out. I can still remember how we made fun of it because how the hell are you going to keep the "Cool" cool when it's put in their heating bin? It was good if you got it freshly made.

I liked this sandwich too. I didn't like that the cheese was on the cool side though. Nowadays, a burger with all the fixings is available so it's pretty much the same thing.

Despite a lot of sites saying that it came out in 84, I believe it came out in 85 and was discontinued in 90. It was $1.95 at inception
