Description
I believe this boxed dinner was made by either Kraft or Chef Boyardee. I last remember having it in the late 1970s. It was called something like: Mexicalli Casserole. It was soooo good. It was totally different from spaghetti, mac n cheese, chili. It, as the name suggests, had a hispanic taste to it (a pasta dish, spiral-type noodles), as the sauce was the best part of all. So good. I want it back !

There is a recipe for a Mexicali Bake on the Kraft website. I wonder if that used to be a product of theirs that you're remembering
