I was addicted to micro magic fries as a kid. Literally my after-school snack every day. Delicious!
These were immortalized in the Steve Martin flick "My Blue Heaven." Martin walks up to a woman in the freezer section and says "It's dangerous for you to be here in the freezer section like this...because you could melt all this stuff." She is standing in front of an entire wall of Micro Magic red boxes.
Micro Magic Food also appeared in "Honey, I Blew Up The Kid".
Aw I remember these, we'd get them because they were cheap and we were on a major tight budget! I was like 6 and then when I remembered them after some years they were just gone. I miss those orange-red boxes! I guess the closest is Tony's or Red Baron's microwavables!
So great, like a cheap fast food meal, even the milkshake got microwaved to make it drinkable.
Loved an occasional Micro Magic hamburger as a kid. Somehow they tasted better than any other hamburger.
After I would get stoned the were first of the munchy cravings.
These were the perfect after school snack as a kid. My big sis and I went through them like crazy.
