Thin wafer candies made of the same stuff as those little candy message hearts we all get on Valentine's Day. They came in rolls of assorted flavors or just chocolate.

you can buy em at the home town favorites website and I remember having school parties and this little Vietnamese boy brought two rolls of this stuff and everybody got two and he told us he got them from Vietnam, didn't realize until later he had 12 brothers and sisters and he couldn't afford a pack of cookies for the class :(

Those are so nasty! It's just like eating chalk. But on the bright side, if you don't like them you can color on the sidewalk with them:):)

Yeah, I didn't care for the Wafers myself. But Necco puts out the Clark bar, and those are really good. If you never ate a Clark bar or even heard of one, they're a lot like Butterfinger bars.

they have these everywhere in CT where NECCO is pretty popular. Their best item is the skybar!

They're like some kind of puritan candy, as if anything which excites the palate would be unseemly. Has none of the properties normally associated with candy. Save yourself the trouble and just pull out a few nose hairs. Equivalent sensory experience, but cheaper.
