Description
These were sold in schools for like 5 cents a piece.. came in all flavors.. Grape & apple most popular, but think chocolate was a favorite. Mid eightys fad.

Another of my favorite candies back in the day; I use to drill these too. There was nothing like it.

these candies were SO hard - it was like breaking teeth
or I guess you could eat them now & still find bits stuck to your teeth later
My brother ate loads of these. I don't rememebr ever eating them though.

these are off the chain my daddy said when they would have birthday parties they were so poor they would eat these and milk,sounds good but where is my cake and my freakin presents
I remember having the banana flavored ones. Now I can't find them. The yellow ones are always lemon. Also, a great way to pull out a loose tooth.
The best flavor I believe Now and Later made was BUBBLE GUM! I still look for it.
We bought these at the movie theaters and they'd last through the movie. I had braces though and broke a wire on these hard candies.
