Were they chocolate with kind of a soft yet dry, very weird consistency? I can't even think of anything to compare it to. I was very young, so I am not sure I am remembering correctly.

I have been trying to remember the name of these for the longest time, it wasn't until I saw the film "Super 8" today did I finally get my answer. There is a scene where the kids are eating them. Man I miss these things, I can still rembeber the taste as if I just had one yesterday.
