I just read on Wikipedia that Willy Wonka reprted that they were planning to bring Punky's back!!!!!

My ultimate 80's candy. I miss these alot.

I agree full-heartedly. No candy has ever been able to live up to them. I miss them SO much!

"Punky's" have to be one of (if not) my favorite candy/s from back in the day. The other being the stuff which resembled white foaming candy versions of those pellets you feed to the goats at the zoo. They came in a silver pouch, and for the life of me, I can't remember the name or find a picture of them online anywhere.

I was so sad when they stopped making these candies. It was like a bunch of nerds packed into a pellet. It was my all time favorite. I didnt think anyone else remembered it.

I loved these candy's alot. I would spend all my allowance on them-and that neopolitan taffy. I have been searching and searching the internet to try and find these little candies, but all of the retro candy places-blair, oldtimecandy, retro candy wholesale, do not carry them. I am sad.

I'v Been LoOking every where for Punky's, And have had no luck. I would buy out the store if I found them. I'm gunna call willy tomorrow and beg him to bring them back.

I thought I was the only one out there that loved punkys this much. I too would buy this candy out if any store carried them. Perhaps one day just like us someone with power will come across this website and get them back.

These have been my favorite candy of all time! They need to come back with the original recipe! Please don't alter the flavors with more dyes/etc.

I loved Punky's even more than the big chewy sweet tarts as a kid! I wish they'd bring them back, even if it's only for 1 month!
