Description
Ripplins were potato chips that had--yep--ripples. I don't remember if there were other flavors. The commercial had something to do with R-R-R-rip open the bag I think. The bag was blue with Ripplins written on it in yellow I think with a picture of the chips on it. Nothing special really, just a potato chip, but they were super yummy. I really miss those. Ripplins and O'Boises were staples in my household. YUM!!! I so wish those would make a comeback.

Ok, I just went over 50,000 watts of radio and asked the audience if anyone knew where I could find any old Ripplins chip commercials at. Only one person called and even remembered the stuff! I've checked youtube, google, and ask.com and I'm gettin nothing. Those old spots were great!

I clearly remember one spot. I had an old lady on a rocking chair rocking really fast grabbing one chip at a time eating them. It was on an old tape of mine. I wish I knew how to grab that spot and put it on youtube.

I remeber there being another flavor. They also had Bar-B-Q ones also. Those were my fav. Does anybody know if they are coming back with them? Please let me know. Thanks!

I really miss the BBQ Ripplins! My folks used to get them for me & I'd finish them in a night. I forgot about them for a while after I moved out & have spent yrs trying to remember what they were called so I could buy them. They were & are still my all time favorite chip! I wish they would bring then back! RIP Ripplins... :(

I actually worked for Keebler back then. I too miss the chip line we had. Ripplins were in a blue bag and were quite yummy. If you are looking for them and Oboisies, they were sold off and I still see them in vending machines every now and then.
