Slime Slurps... Delicious little gelatin-like gummi candies placed in a molded piece of plastic with an easy to peel-off saran-wrap type "lid" - 6 in a package (ie: spiders or other bugs), which you would peel out of the mold and slurp... Hence the name.. Slime-Slurps? Remember these?

I totally remember these. I remember enjoying playing with them more than the flavor of them. Then they came out with that "Creepy Crawler" thing that you could use to make them yourself!

OHH OHH OHH! Seeing this just brought back the best memories of sitting on my Godparents floor, my mom has brought us there after our Haloween trick or treating- with all the candy spilled out in front of us-my brother and I, as my mom inspected it. The golden treasure of our haul that year where these brightly colored gummies!! We loved them. Oh wow-this just put a huge smile on my face.

Brings me back to da good ol' days. I love slime slurps. Does anyone remember the kind that were dinosaurs? I would kill for an unopened case of these. I love all of you!

Aw man, seeing these and not being able to eat them makes me so sad. These were my favorite candy when I was 5-7 years old, until they unfortunately stopped making them. However, I do have some good news. Lifesavers has a new kind of gummies out called Collisions. The raspberry lemonade flavor tastes EXACTLY how I remember Slime Slurps, and my sister agrees. If you find yourself missing Slime Slurps, I highly suggest trying these new lifesavers gummies.

I remember one day about a year or so ago I tried Mountain Dew Voltage. My eyes started to water and my friend who made me try it said I had the "1000 yard stare". The flavor sparked a memory in my head of going to the local store after my little league games and getting these. I'm 25 years old now and that memory hit me like a ton of bricks and made me cry. It was the first time in my life that I thought "I'm getting old."

The blue raspberry flavor was the taste of my youth, I long for the days of pulling apart a blue and yellow tarantula with my teeth.... :(

Omg!!!! I've found them, I am so absolutely ecstatic that I am not the only one who had an amazing fetish for these yummy lil candies I too loved the blue ones as I'm sitting here eating a blue raspberry ring pop I got the flavor and thought what ever happened to those gummi candies that I used to love when I was little, so I got on Google and search 80s gummi candy and just like that there they were...made my dayou 😃

I still have one jellyfish from the 80s but it's all shriveled up and probably inedible now.
Shawn - January 07, 2017 - Report this comment
Did anyone else think they smelled like tea?
Z - January 25, 2018 - Report this comment
So amazing they tasted like heaven all gummy candy after has been but an impersonation.
Jacqueline - February 14, 2018 - Report this comment
Jill... I'll buy your shriveled up jellyfish! Omg, I miss these. I saw there is a knock off for these, I ordered them, about $50 for 18 packs of 4. Sad days... Didn't taste like them at all. Mmmm there's a bubblegum that smells just like them. People look at me weird when I'm standing in line huffing the wrapping of unopened bubblegum. 😥

Literally my favorite sweet when I was little! I can’t believe I found what they were called, but I’m also distraught that they discontinued them! :(

I saw a very similar product atmy local asian grocery store in the candy section. They were a little pricy so i didnt buy them but they looked almost identical to the original, down to the package and everything. Might be worth a look if ur serious about recapturing ur childhood and dont mind spending like 3 bucks a pop.

I searched for these on and off for 20+ yrs! I would Google different descriptions, trying to find what they were called UNTIL...I went to Europe in Sept ‘19 for my Honeymoon and found these in a giant Candy Store in London!! It was the biggest candy store I’ve ever seen so I went in to specifically look for this candy with no hope I would actually find them! When I turned the corner and saw the big display I literally FLIPPED! Besides getting married, it was the highlight of my entire trip! Literally one of the happiest and most exciting feelings I’ve had in my adult life. And my Husband caught my reaction on tape! Which he immediately sent to our family and I still hear about months later. I bought like ten packs of 6 at 5 euros each and refuse to eat the last one, which I have sitting on my nightstand tempting me every time I get in bed. Lol They’re almost as good as I remember theme being too!

Haribou makes a candy called Twin Snakes that brought back memories of Slime Slurps after not even thinking about them for 30 years.

I remember these gummies fondly. I haven’t had any gummies with the same texture since. I can’t say I remember their flavor but I’m certain it was damn good.

Can anyone confirm that they stopped making these after Columbine because they were Eric and Dylan's favorite candy?
