The Kmart in my town served these at their snack bar, along with popcorn. It was a low-budget knockoff of ICEE. I would try to be very good and very patient while my parents shopped in hopes they would buy me one from the snack bar near the exit as we left.
As a young child I lived off these things. How were they different than ICEEs? The chunks of ice were bigger, right, it wasn't as smooth of a drink I think.
