Description
They were probably almost the size of a nickel. Came in a clear wrapped roll that twisted on the end. Of course they were circular and each had a heart in the middle with a sweet saying. The candy was sweet with a tangy fizzling taste.

I don't know if this is the same candy but weren't they popular around Valentines day? The ones I remember were different colors (pink, purple, green) and had things like (I love you and Be Mine) in the middle. They had a tart taste.
