"Toffeefay, they're too good for kids" I still eat these. My neighborhood "Rite Aid" sells them. Yum.

They still sell these as Tofifee. Why they changed the name? I don't know.

This by far is my most favorite candy since I was a kid. On occasion, I still go out and buy myself a pack of it when I get one of those deep chocolate cravings. Great stuff!

It was spelled "Toffifay" and I used to covet those weird, circular candies when I was a kid. Never had them, though- not even sure why.

Great, if you like to deconstruct your candy as you eat it. Works best when slightly chilled. First, scrape the dark chocolate disk off the top with your upper teeth. If you're good, it'll come off in a single unit. Now, peel the the caramel shell down at the edges, and continue to peel until it detaches from the nut-end, and consume. Next, holding the fragile chocolate nougate-stuff carefully, extract the hazelnut with your teeth and consume. Now, your sticky-fingered self is ready to eat and savor the chocolate nougat... the best part.
