Yes, but mostly no. Waffle Crisp is similar, but nowhere near as good. And that's not just the nostalgia talking.

This cereal rocked and I've lived the rest of my life searching for it. No immatations!!!

As a protest, I stopped eating breakfast cereal for years after they stopped making these. Aside from using it as an icing-flavor for doughnuts, arguably Waffle-O's were the best use of artificial maple flavoring... ever!

My all time favorite cereal also, why, why would they stop making it? I'll tell you I have always liked things that others couldn't quite get popular enough to keep in the marketplace, I also moved up from my Big wheel to a Blue Max instead of the more common Green Machine. The Blue Max was nicer and less common/short lived. I have endless examples of the same type thing with everything I have been a fan of through the years.
