I was a teenager when these came out and also worked at Wendy's when I was 17. These where the best. My mom would get them for us all the time. If you will please bring them back if only for a season.

I used to eat them when I was stationed at FT Dix in New Jersey. I havent tasted a better desert from any fast food reseteraunt since they took that off the market. I wish they would bring it back. At least for a short while and see what response it would have on the buisiness. Who's idea was to remove it amyway. They made a bad choice when they made that decision.

OMG. My 1st apple dumpling ever was from Wendy's and I was hooked. In 30 years I haven't found another that could stand up to that sweet luciousness. Took a day trip to Apple Hill near Placerville thinking for sure I'd find an apple dumpling that could fill my 30 year craving. Nothing there could compete! WENDY'S FOR THE LOVE OF ALL YOUR APPLE DUMPLING FANS PLEEEASE... BRING THEM BACK!!!!!!!!

I would love it if wendys would bring back there apple dumplings they were really good i always made sure i had enough money everyday to stop and get one before i went home from school and of work. So i wish yhey would bring them back even its for a short time.

i came across this page while looking for reviews for the apple turnovers on the new breakfast menu.they sound similar to the apple dumplings. i never had them in the 80s, but i work at wendys and i think you all may enjoy these. they have apple and cream cheese filling. 2 per order.

I worked at a Wendy's in high school during the mid 80's. These apple dumplings were amazing along with the pressure cooked chicken and the old chili recipe. They have changed their menu so much, I do not even eat there any longer. Definitely not the same Wendy's
