Description
This crappy line of soft drinks was the breakfast of champions when I was young. The flavors included: Cola, Diet Cola, Rootbeer, Grape, Orange, Cherry, & Lemon Lime. Awful, but it sure did seem like the drink of the gods all of those late night weekends playing Nintendo!

This is my favorite "pop" in the world. Everytime I go home (chicago) I have to have some. My favorite is when I mix strawberry with the cream soda, I swear this is the best cream soda!!!!!! also, I love having a nice cold peach wildwood on a hot summers day.

Oh man, I used to hammer back the Wildwood as a kid, too. Almost everyone on this chain is from IN, like me. Must have only been distributed regionally.

the story goes like this. i went to a gas station got 2 honeybuns, 99c jays chips and a big sized wildwood cola (being broke as i am) the guy told me $5 total. didnt think much of it went home. the honeybuns were two for 1, and the jays chips are 99 cents. does this mean the cola was 3? I got these cause i thought itd be like 99c like RC! so left wondering i wanted to find out how much they were, apparently reading this VERY CHEAP! I got ripped off.. its one of those stores that dont have prices on anything and the dude just puts it in the register. havent had any yet, but i already like the fact that its back from the eighties.

It's funny how no one knows what I am talking about when I say Wildwood pop was the truth. My friends here in Germany be like what's that.
ChiSox87 - March 26, 2019 - Report this comment
My husband had me grab this stuff last summer because it was the only pop on sale (we were heading to WI for vacation). Needless to say, it's the only thing I drink now. Started off with the lemon lime, then orange. A while later I've also come addicted to the cream soda & grape. So good!!

Does Wildwood soda still exist? I'm nostalgic for drinking it as a kid, but it doesn't seem like they sell it anywhere anymore.
Tom - September 16, 2023 - Report this comment
I'd love to know if it still exists as well. I moved out west for a few years, came back and it seems to have disappeared from stores.
