Description
Kraft made a carmel wrap that you put around apples and put them in the oven and bake. I would love to see that commercial again. It had three little kids trick or treating and this lady gives them all wrapples. The music in the commercial so funny to me. It sounded like how an alien would sound if one sang.

The best part was the wad of carmel that collected underneath where the stick went into the apple. For some reason, once this was gone, I lost interest in eating the rest of the apple.

Oh yeah, that collection of carmel at the popsicle stick entrance to the apple. I remember these in the produce aisle at the grocery store. We'd wrap granny smith green apples in the caramel and put them in the oven-oh so good on a chilly fall evening! We had forgotten the commercial until today-wow.

Wasn't there a Wrapples commercial with someone dressed as a Raggedy Ann doll. Why did Kraft stop making Wrapples? They were a sleep over MUST when I was a kid.

You can still find these, more readily around Halloween, in most major grocery stores. Try this: Use a rolling pin and flatten a wrapple, more than it already is, cut into strips and wrap around a pretzel rod in a single layer, dip into melted chocolate bark, allow to dry on wax paper, enjoy. Yum. Like a homemade Twix!

Hello everyone. I have seen a new type of these caramel wraps. They are called "Caramel Apple Wraps" The company name is "Concord Foods" I have seen these wraps sold at both regular Walmart stores, and Walmart Neighborhood Market stores. They are in the produce section. I hope that anyone who wants these yummy wraps can find them at any of these Walmart stores. They are the same as the "Wrapples" that used to be sold by the Kraft company. Just sharing with all of you what I found for you. God bless and take care, Judy Taylor :-)
