Acorn Green originated in 1986 as a bi-weekly publication from the British leg of Marvel Comics. This was followed by Tomy's toy products which included plush dolls and 2" hard plastic figures. Entire product line was intended for first or second graders. The comic books lasted only nine months, ending July, 1987. A limited series of animated cartoons may also have been made, telecast in UK.
