it as this goo that really gave off a bad odour like air plane glue you would put a pinch of it on a traw and blow through the straw i made plastic bubbles

Oh I remember that! It made different colors together and you could then play with the balls. They were really weak. Would burst after a while or just deflate itself. Now you got me thinking of the name!
