Description
This was the baby that came with the cloth pouch that you put in the water so that the cloth would dissolve. Enclosed was the baby's "papers" and its name, which you would mail into the company so the baby would be registered to you. There was also puppy surprise, and kitty surprise.

Yeah, you have two different toys listed together here. I know nothing about the Magic Nursery Baby, but Baby Surprise consisted of (I believe) 2 different toys: Puppy Surprise and Kitty Surprise. Later came Bunny Surprise. They were medium sized plush animals with plastic faces and velcro'd stomachs. When you pulled their stomach velcro apart, you could pull out the puppies/kitties/bunlets. You could get anywhere from 3-5, I think, and it was random whether you got boys or girls. That was the whole "surprise" part of it. Loved it when I was a tot.

Baby Surprise came in a backpack like pouch that you could wear over your belly. When you got the doll, you didn't know if it was a girl, boy, or twins! When you opened the pouch there was a white ribbom that would is "It's a girl!" Or boy or twins. You could wear the baby on your back or stomach.

It is pretty much impossible to find baby surprise on the net. Magic nursery baby is hard to find too, although commercials for the doll are on youtube. I just can't believe I used to have all these dolls, and now you can't find any of them. I also can't believe their considered vintage. I must be getting old.

I still have Mickey. He was a toddler that you push down a button on his head and his teeth pop out of his mouth.

I am looking for a toy I used to get when I was a kid similar to this... They were small 2 inch plastic babies that were enclosed in little pouches you had to submerge in water to see what the plastic baby looked like. Any idea?s?!?!?!?!
