Description
It was a cloth ball type thing with a slit in the top where you could stick a balloon in and blow up until it fit inside the cloth outside tightly. You could also put something like pennies or water inside the balloon before you inflated it so when it was played with, it would be thrown off balance at times.

There was also a plastic blow-up version that was oval in shape. This also had a small compartment that you could fill with water to make the balzac spin off-balance. WOW! I forgot I used to have one until I read this. I think I got it as a birthday present.

Even though I was 9 or 10 at the time, we still laughed every time we heard the name.
