Playskool also made this into a line by offering additional vehicles like the "Orange Blossom" (orange vintage truck tractor puller) as well as the "Warlord" (80's Trans Am Tractor Puller) and a tractor pulling sled. They show up on ebay from time to time.

I used to have one of these! I used to play with it out in my Mom's flower bed. That didn't go over too well. I can remember what it looked like to a T.

There was one other vehicle not mentioned for the set of pulling trucks. They also made the Black Gold 4x4 pulling truck.

I got one of these for Christmas when I was in the fourth grade. I loved monster trucks (still do) and I thought it was the greatest thing until some other kid had a truck (I think it was called a Crimson Crusher) that had a winch on it. I remember he hooked it to a school desk and it started to pull the desk across the floor! I always told him my Bigfoot was better but really I knew that his truck would drag mine around all over the place. Ahh... good times.

Yea I had the car crush set. I used it so much the cars, which were made out of thin plastic, started splitting from all the crush/reuse/crush they went through. I graduated to R/C racing and actually started the truck class in my area.

Does anyone remember the PTO? It was battery powered and had a gear shift to select 2 or 4 wheel drive like the Bigfoot but also had lever for a battery powered winch and lights you could turn on or off? I was able to purchase a Bigfoot and one of the carrying trailers and am now looking for the PTO... I believe it was made by Nylint or ERTL...

I have a mint in box car crushing set that was released in the early eighties that had 6 plastic cars that the bigfoot would go over and crush the cars that can be popped back out and crushed again. I don't see the set very often. Does anyone remember the King kong truck? It wasn't made by playskool, but off road magazine had an artical where they tested both in the mud.

I had the Bigfoot. Left it out in the yard one night and it rained on it. Never worked again. Had the War Lord as well. Had the Pit Stop and the Pull Sled. Overloaded the sled box with gravel and broke the gears in it.

I just saw a number of them available now on ebay. I was trying to find SST toys that had one large wheel in the center of the vehicle and a rip strip that you pulled through it to spin the wheel. They were selling for pretty premium prices! Relly neat toys it looks like - good luck!
