Description
Do you guys remember these? You'd always see them at Christmas time - usually in the school store. They were ballpoint pens that were red & white and shaped like candy canes ... but didn't really look like candy canes at all. The smell of the ink was so distinctive - I think it was supposed to be peppermint-scented. And the ink flow was just the worst! You still see these today, of course ... especially if you frequent Walgreens!

yes, every year, I get a bunch for my kids from walgreens. But, last year they were different. much skinnier, and the ink smell just wasn't up to par. I hope the original ones come back this year
