We recently found the Capsela Max Out 1000 piece kit at a flea market for $8!!! My husband was so excited when he saw this set, he called his mom immediately. My boys (and my husband AND I) spend hours with them everyday, the amount of possibilities are endless. My husband played with them as a child also, and all the stories he told us about making different things move and using the wires, batteries and engines... He is a mechanic now and owes it all to these systems. What he learned, proved to be useful for my own children. We are looking to add onto our collection.

Capsela brings back so much memories!! I used to play with them endlessly. I owe a lot to these toys, for my technical skills. Now that I am a dad, I have been looking for these.

My parents found a huge box of these at a garage sale! They were AWESOME! kids don't have anything like this anymore.

These were a blast... I used these to make hand powered flashlights before they started selling them. (hook a large wheel to a gear box to a motor (with the wheel on the torque end, and the motor on the rpm side) but instead of hooking batts up, wire the light straight to the motor, works great!

Capsela is still in production! I work for a school and we regularly buy kits online.

I had a kit in the early 80's. Great toy with tons of configurations.

Bought some as gifts for my ex-nephews for Christmas. They were so much fun!! I was playing with my nephews' sets on that Christmas day many years ago. Those kids are in their 30s now.
