Description
The toy that we are talking about is a toy made by Hasbro. The toy was a fully poseable action figure at about 7" tall, it came out after the cartoon in 1988. The cartoon known as C.O.P.S. was later called Cyber Cops in 1993.

If Hasbro made this one it looks very similar to the Mutt and Junkyard G.I.Joe action figure.

The dog's name was Blitz!! I remember anxiously waiting to get off the schoolbus to watch Cybercops!

I just recently rented some episodes of the C.O.P.S. cartoon from Netflix. They were so bad they were good - the best part about them was definitely the opening/closing theme. "And they call me...Bulletproof!"
