Her name was Debbie Daring and she came out in the mid 70s not 80s... Ideal Toys manufactured the toy.

i wanted an evel knievel wind up motorbike toy for christmas and all my mum could get was debbie daring motorbike instead i was the only boy on our street with the bloody pink wind up thing. bless her
