Loved E.T.!!! All I remember having is the stickers though. I'm sure I had more E.T.stuff...but just can't remember. I have bought some of the stickers on Ebay recently!! :)

I had a plastic figure, a shirt with an iron-on, and the old Kamar E.T. that was a stuffed animal made out of this vinyl-type, fake leather-type fabric that ended up peeling. I got the doll from Santa when I was was about four and had it until I got married and somehow the box with a bunch of old memories was lost and he was in it (I've since gotten another one on eBay). Anyhow, I would wrap him in a blanket to make a baby out of him and oh! was he just the cutest thing ever! My dad would even say "Make your E.T. face!" and I would flare my nostrils. And everyone called me "Gertie" because, apparently, I looked like her with my pigtails.

Like Sally I had the ET made out of vinyl-type leathery stuff. I don't know what happened to him, but he peeled. I used to put him in a towel in my bike basket and pretend to fly haha.

As a child of the 80's, I fell in love with ET. It was the FIRST movie I had ever went to see in the cinema. Afterwards, I got a little six inch tall ET of my own, and collected the bubblegum cards.

The pleathery E.T.'s peeled because they spent too much time in tanning beds, kinda like a lot of the girls I knew back in the 80s. And now those girls look kinda like E.T., too. Gotta love symmetry. Take care of your skin, kids!

I had what I suppose must be the same "pleathery" ET that people are talking about- mine not only peeled a bit but also seemed to actually melt- it was in a bag with other toys from 1992-2006 or so and when I pulled it out the covering had become gooey and got all over my fingers. Bleh.

As a child, I received a lot of E.T.-related items: stuffed toys, activity books, figurines, you name it. I loved them as a child, but now I've lost interest.

I have an original plush of ET I got it at a thrift store for only two dollars. It was originally on sale for four dollars but they were having a sale that day and certain items were half off and the stuffed toys were one of the items. He stays in my bed because my niece is afraid of him.
