Description
It was a board game, though in 3D. The object was to escape the island by getting to the rowboat first. There was a mountain in the middle with a head on it from which one could release red marbles (fireballs) to set back opponents. There were also caves one could use as shortcuts.

I bought this game as a kid with my saved up allowance, not knowing if it would be any good but looked intriged by it... My father, brother, uncle, two cousins and I still play this game. It is a tradition to play it at our family gatherings to see who will win the jewel. A few years ago my cousin bought another off ebay so that we have a game at each house and we don't have to remember to pack it when we travel.

I still have mine, I bought it second-hand because the board looked cool and I thought I could run my train around it. It ended up being a lot of fun and my sister and I played it all the time. I remember we had a rule that it wasn't enough to roll high enough to get to the dock at the end, you had to be able to reach the little rowboat.

My brother had this game. I was really young at the time, so I probably wasn't especially good at it, but liked playing anyway.

I just picked up this game in almost mint condition at a garage sale this summer for $2.50 just on the fact that i remember the commercial for it. It is actually a pretty exciting game. It is almost RPG-ish.

I have an old Fire Ball Island and would like to know what it is worth. The box is used, but the parts are fine.
