Drove my mom nuts with this one. You need people to shop in your store if your going to have a register. Its not a one person toy. I was an only child.

I totally remember this toy. I remember playing with this when I was little. I don't remember what happened to it, since I moved around a lot when I was little, but I loved it.

They came out with this again, and I'm going to buy it for myself!! lol I played with that thing even when I was 10, 11 years old!

The only problem with these were, the coins always magically "disappeared" or got lost

Younger siblings ate them!

i got this toy after a surgery. i can;t remembr which surgery though i think it might have been either my tonsils or a set of ear tubes. i remember waking up in the recovery room and my parents giving mt this. it was fun to make the coins go down the slide. this one got alot of use out of it.

I had this when I was about 4-5 so mid 1980s and I loved it! I also lost all the coins but still used it. This thing was great!

Loved it in pre-k. I was the only kid who tried to put real coins in it.

The coins are way valuable. In today's aftermarket (eBay/etc.) six coins commonly sell for $10.00 and up. That's alot for plastic... but the cash registers survived and most coins got lost.

they have this very same toy... but mor eup to date in wilkinsons ( uk shop) i got very excited when i saw it as had one just like it when i was little

I always wanted one of these but instead was given a much more advanced toy till (Glasdon make?). Of course nowadays, anyone can 'play' with shop equipment at the self-service supermarket machines.

I had this and LOVED it, my friends and i played "store" with mine till we were prob at least 11 yrs old! I wish i still had it!

i so remember this i used to pretend and look around the house for any real can foods and such and put them on shelves or anything that i could put it on and act like i was a cashier wow good old days and i so had an imagination
