Hey Joe from Tampa, I was just talking about this toy to a friend reminiscing over how I loved it. Do you know where I can find it I would like to have one for old times sake.

My folks moved in next door to some people who were having a garage sale in 1986. They had one of these and wanted like $1 for it. I bought it. I think I might still have it somewhere. Mine had some scenes from Star Wars Episode IV on it.

COOOL, again another toy from the "hood" I also believe the movie was the Haunted house with the Disney gang in it. How could I forget this one, seemed like an animated version of the Viewmaster.

I used to have one of these. They were pretty cool. We had Mary Poppins, Pink Panther, Bugs bunny with the orange harry monster, and that was probably it.

I used to pretend I was a news reporter with mine. I think you could also make the pictures go backwards.

It's the Fisher Price Movie Viewer. I just found mine at my parents house. I have the Disney's Lonesome Ghosts, snow white, mickey and the giant, Big Birds Birthday Party, and Gummy Bears. This was one of my favorite toys as a child. It still works great. I like to make watch the Lonesome Ghosts one backwards like i did as a child. LOL

Im 23, but my mother was hellbent on finding one of these for me to grow up with. I remember she finally found one with a Sleeping Beauty reel, and was so excited. I however, wasnt that thrilled, because that day I experienced my first headache. I laid in bed all night watching the prince fight the dragon. In retrospect I probably got a headache from my mothers incessant squealing about how she FINALLLLY found one!

This is part of my most vivid memory of pre-school. We were having show and tell and one of the kids brought this in with a video of Sesame Street. I always wanted one but never got one of my own. Maybe I'll get one now. :o)
