Fresh and fancy was the best gift i ever got for christmas! I wish it was still around now as i would buy it for my daughter! I have so many memories of making perfume and nailpolish with my fresh and fancy set.

I remeber getting a Fresh 'N Fancy makeup kit when I was a little girl. I was so excited about being able to make my own stuff the wear it! And the box semed so BIG with all the accessories in its own compartment! I think of how the creamy blue eyeshadow had some little white chunks in it. Maybe I didn't make it or mix it right but it was still the cats meow at the time.

I loved the fresh n fancy kit, I asked for it for over a year, and finally it arrived on Christmas day! I was the happiest girl in the world! I still remember the smell of the purfume!!

where can i find it or something like it?

i loved fresn n fancy when i was young. I want them to sell it again. is there anything out that compares to it? I want to play it now with my 6 year old daughter... I loved the smell!!! please let me know if anyone finds it

I loved my fresh n fancy kit so much, I was trying to find it on the internet to purchase for my daughter. No luck, but it led me to this site. I am cracking up at how we all loved our kits so much. I got mine for Christmas too! Funny! Maybe someone will read these and make them again.

I wanted fresh n fancy as a kid but Mom wouldn't buy it, until I was hit by a car:( and here she comes to the hospital with what else---fresh n fancy-we just looked at each other knowingly:) I ripped it open like it was xmas day!

I also begged my mom to get it for me for Christmas and I loved it too! I just recently came across a party plan company called Urban Botanic that does workshops where you get to make your own perfume. That is what reminded me of Fresh n Fancy. Like all the other young ladies,When I recieved my fresh n fancy it was a dream come true. And to top it off it was xmas. please remake this product I also,have a daughter.

Remember Fresh N Fancy....Flair for Hair? You had strands that you could color and clip to your hair. I loved mine too!

I will never forget Fresh and Fancy! I too received it as a gift on Christmas when I was a little girl. I can honestly say that it was the BEST gift ever, beside the birth of my daughter! She is only 10 months old. But I have a niece that would LOVE it! Good times!!!

I will also never forget receiving my Fresh and Fancy kit. It was the happiest day of my eleven years of life. I spent many hours making and using the make up. It would be just wonderful if I could obtain a kit for my own daughter.

I loved my Fresh N' Fancy kit and have been looking for it for a long time. I remember the smell of the perfume too, and how thick the blue eyeshadow was. I can still remember the girl on the box, too and at the time I thought she was sooo pretty! I'd love to have it again and will keep searching.

I feel the same as all of you. This product was made by Hasbro and of course there is nothing like it anymore. I also wish Avon still made those perfumes that came in the ceramic kitty or dog bottles. Aaah good ole days.

I also got this for Christmas & it was the best gift! I remember rationing the ingredients out, making a tiny bit of stuff each week because I didn't want to run out. I displayed it proudly on my dresser...still remember the pink plastic rectangle taking up a large spot right in the middle of my dresser for two whole years! The little lip gloss pots were so cute. I still look for it on eBay on a regular basis but have never found one. Would love to have one for my stepdaughter.

I loved my kit!! I also got if for Christmas, I have also been checking E-Bay and have had no luck. I remember I used to make the make up for my mom and then watch her put it on for work to make sure she wore it!! I am dying to find one for my 7 yr old!!

Oh my gosh!!! I can't believe I have found people that know what a Fresh and Fancy is. I'm 34 now and frequently talk to friends about how cool Fresh and Fancy used to be and none of them ever know what I'm talking about. They must have had bad childhoods!

You don't know what I would do for a Fresh and Fancy kit! I just want to feel and touch and smell it again so it can take me back to my childhood. In a way I wouldn't want them to do it over cause it wouldn't be the same :(. But thanks for the pic, it really brought me back!

I loved this! I made the perfume, which was bright blue and stained my wrists slightly Smurf blue when I put it on (I probably made it too strong).

I LOVED my Fresh 'N' Fancy kit! I got it for my birthday, and I used to test the makeup and perfume on the little boy next door - poor kid. I really loved the perfumes!

I remember the first time I made the perfume....my mom and dad we choking because I made it wayyy to strong...I thoughtit smelled great! It was my very own scent!

My aunt was a hair dresser, and she is the one that gave me Fresh N Fancy. I spent so many hours playing with it. It really was the best Christmas gift ever. I also remember the clumpy blue eyeshadow. And I'm 36 now and still remember the smell.

I remember and had them all. The perfume kit, the make-up kit and don't forget the flair for hair kit. I loved them. I just thought about them because I saw something advertised to make your own perfume.

To whomever posted the box, THANK YOU. I used to stare at that girl and emulate her makeup-- could never get it quite right! I wonder if anyone can contact Hasbro and find out what was in it to give it that curious smell-- what a terrific gift. Too bad there's nothing like it today. It was one of my all-time favorites. I loved my Fresh n Fancy Kit. I thought I was the coolest wearing make-up I made... I would sit there for hours smelling the perfumes. That brought me many hours of joy, I wish it were still around for my daughter's sake.

Count me in as another Fresh and Fancy lover! My parents would buy a set for me and one for my sister every year. We loved them!! They are bringing back all the other 80's toys - someone really should bring back Fresh and Fancy!

WOW! I was doing a search for retro commercials on youtube and came across some old ads from the 70's & 80's and it made me think of Frsh N' Fancy. Did not find the commercial, I so wish I could. If anyone knows where it could be found, please upload it here or to youtube. Would love to see this one again. I so loved this toy and begged a whole year and got it for Christmas 1982. (Yikes). I think it help set what I do now for the love of my business. Not going to 'spam' but let's just say I make bath and beauty products. Funny how our toys help mold our future. HOLY COW!!!!! I was totally trying to figure out the name of this only a month ago. I loved this thing and made the worst lipstick imaginable.

I came across my old 2nd box of Fresh N Fancy. It's still got the plastic wrap on it. I was going to throw it away (I've got 2 boys). Didn't realize there is an actual demand for it. Maybe I'll throw it on ebay...no idea if it would mix up like it used to.

Wow, I had no idea so many women out there remember this toy, and loved it as much as I did! LOL! Yes, and I remember the smell of the perfume too! I made up a batch of the perfume and gave to one of our "grown up" neighbors as a bridal shower gift! I was only about 9 at the time, but she loved it. Hope some day they bring this toy back, as it made so many, many young girls happy!

While searching other "long lost toys" online, I suddenly had the Fresh n Fancy commercial jingle (or at least part of it) playing in my head.--"Fresh and Fancy (fresh and fancy), Make up you make it yourselllllllf." How sad is that, the things your brain holds on to from childhood. The scent of the perfume stands out for me as well but what I remember most is picking off the nail polish almost immediately after it dried and then reapplying it and picking it off....it was so easy to remove - no harsh chemicals needed. Ahhhh those were the days....

I agree with the others please re-make these products I still remember plain as day receiving mine on Christmas. I was so excited for the make up kit and the flair for hair kit. They were by far my most memorable! Love to share with my lil girl...

Ok. I thought I was going to be the next biggest thing since Avon!!! I got this kit for my 13th birthday. It didn't matter that none the colors didn't match my skin tone or that an hour later you could peel off the nail polish, or the perfume all smelled like cheap version of "liquid" deodorant - I used it and loved it until it was gone.

I had Fresh N Fancy!!! To further echo comments above, I too adored it :-)I had the original kit, and also one that made lip and eye pencils. It was the best gift ever, and I too thought I would be the next biggest thing since Avon,as well, Halima, LOL! From that point on, I've mixed and blended my own lip glosses. Such fond,fond memories of my Fresh N Fancy kits :-)

I had fresh n fancy. I was so excited to get it. I loved all the empty containers and components it came with. But- the make up ended up being crappy and the perfum stunk so bad. I think I maybe played with it like one time and I was over it!

I was so excited to get my Fresh N Fancy on Christmas morning. I still remember feeling so grown up...and I will NEVER forget the smell! Bring it BACK!!!!

I still have the magenta colored mirror with the plastic stand it came with. I had the box just a few years ago and foolishly threw it away. I have NO idea what I was thinking. The day I got this kit, you could not PEEL me off the ceiling!I sat there for hours and days just reveling in it. I thought I was THE stuff! I too am a beautician and STILL love makeup, nail, hair and skin care products. What a trip! I wish I could just take one whiff of the perfume from the thin plastic bottle with the plastic top that just pulled off! LOL! Or even smell the make up bases... those smelled good to me too. Dang... I can still smell them! Thanks for the memory!
