There are a TON of Furskins on Ebay, just type in the name. I just purchased a mint condition Hattie Bear for fifteen dollars. I love these dolls! They were an integral part of my childhood.

I had the baby one! My brother got a Pound Puppie and I got a Furskin. I still have that and it's so cute and still had that nice smell.

I never had a Furskin. Used to have a commercial on an old tape, along with many other commercials from the 80s on other tapes, but never had one. Very cute though. Bring them back! Who knows what kind of toys they'll bring back this year in 2008.

I can't remember which fast food place it was ( I want to say wendy's ) but you could get 1/4 size versions of these with a kids meal.

There is no picture, so I'm not sure, but I think I had one of these. It was a bear with a flanel shirt on, and brown work boots, and a straw hat with bees on it. I loved mine so much, he was adorable!

I miss my furskin teddy so much!!! I got it for my birthday one year. She had pink and white overalls, and light tan work boots. I eventually ended up removing her boots, cuz it was more comffy to sleep with it that way. I can't remember what happend to it. I think my mom ended up selling it in a yard sale years later.

In the new cabbage patch line by Play Along Toys they released a batch of dogs called "Patch Puppies" that look very much like the Furskins in the face. Their look was probably inspired by these bears since the same guy who created the Cabbage Patch Kids did the Furskins. I've got a patch puppy sitting by my computer as I type this. He's my bud. As for the Furskins themselves I acquired a couple during my 80s toy binge a few years back. They're pretty neat.

I used to have a stuffed dog that looked just like these, but it was a dog and not a bear and it wasn't the Patch Puppies. Does anyone know if those are Furskins, too or did they have a different name? I loved that dog so much! I had a dark brown one and my brother got a light brown one, I think. They had clothes and shoes like the bears. Memory lane!

I have seven furskins that my daughter collected in the 80's. When she married and left home I inherited the collection. I have kept them all these years and they are still adorable expecially the baby one.

They're neat bears. I had four or five of them a few years back. I bought them from a seller of 80s toys on the internet. They've got so much personality.Unfortunately I don't have them anymore. I miss them. I wish I had had one growing up.
