Description
A teddy bear with P.J.s and a plastic heart that you put in through the velcro hole in its side. When you hugged the bear you could hear a heartbeat, you could turn up or down the volume. So if you fell asleep and rolled over onto heart-to-heart its heart would beat all night long and wear the batteries out.

I received one from our house keeper when I was probably about 3 and now I'm 23. It had the pink outfit. But, i moved two years ago and a bunch of things of mine got lost and that was one of the things that was gone. It was my favorite and i still cant believe it's gone. The heart still worked too! Just had to change the batteries every so often.

I got my bear from my biological father on my 5th birthday. I am 27 this year. I just put my Teddy into the washing machine and afterwards into the dryer, and he still looks great. The heart works fine as well. I gave him to my daughter yesterday, she is 18 months. My cousin had the darker brown version, with blue PJs. Mine is light brown with pink jammies (like the picture). I still love my Teddy and I'm glad I kept him for my baby girl!!

I got mine literally the day I was born. We're 20 now...his heart has long been taken out thanks to a not-so-great friend back in the day. She poked a hole in the lining to his heart pocket and my Mom decided to take the heart out and sew up the pocket. But that doesn't matter...he's still the best stuffed animal/toy I ever got. I still sleep with him.

My friend Allison has a bear that she's had her whole life that looks a LOT like this, but no hat or jammies. Not sure if it has a place to insert a heart, but I know it has a small plastic knob on the back to turn it on. It doesn't sound like a heart though, more like a dull washing machine sound. Is this the same thing?

My daughter is cuddling mine to sleep right now, I loved my heart to heart bear. I used to take it on school camps with and smuggle lollies inside of it. I have the p.js but the hat and heart are long gone. Wish I could find another one!

I had a heart2heart when I was little but the beating heart died out. It got thrown out. I just won 1 on a bid , but I had 2 pay 61.00 4 it plus shipping! Are they worth that much? It was the only one I seen on there though.

I got mine for my 6th birthday, named it T-heart and never let it go until my uncle threw it out the car window when I was 15. I slipped into a depression (i kno dramatic but true) until my mother gave me her baby version, that I have to this day. I'm 27, I still cant sleep without it. and when im sad I cry on my bear. Its really strange how these bears affected a generation. much love to the T's out there!!!!

I love my bear! I am 21 and I sleep with him every night. My grandma got him for me when I was little. She just passed away. I brought him to the funeral with me, which I am sure got a lot of weird looks. But I could not do it without him. the last time I heard his heart beat was at the funeral, it stopped after that. I even changed the batteries, which always worked before, no luck. I know it is some sort of sign, but I would really like to get it working again. Any idea where I could get it fixed?

I was born in Oct and got my Heart to Heart for my first Christmas. Teddy is in real rough shape compared to the pictures. He's falling apart. I'm 22 now and still have him. I took him EVERYWHERE with me and up until the year before last I still slept with him every night. My grandmother recently found a Baby Heart to Heart at a yard sale so Teddy got a heart transplant! I'm glad to know I am not the only one that was so attached to my bear! :)

My mom and dad gave me my heart to heart bear in 1988. I was to go in for major back surgery...the doctors took his heart beat and it calmed me down. Mom passed in January...that bear will always remind me of her...

I wanted this so bad for Christmas when I was 10 and it came out. My parents would not buy it. My mom said "stuffed animals are a waste of money. They don't do anything." Well I have 2 now. The first one I sleep with-my husband bought him from ebay and was delivered on my wedding day. The other is MINT in the original box on my shelf in my bedroom!!!

For those of you wanting to fix, clean or restuff your bear professionally: In Northern New Jersey there is a place I found called THE TEDDY BEAR HOSPITAL. This guy has this shop set up like a 1950's clinic. He repairs and refurbishes dolls. I took my bear there because my stupid cat started pulling the pink pom pom of my HtoH bears nightcap. I took the bear there and this guy fixed it really well. You cannot even tell it was damaged. I don't know if he has a website but if you really need me to dig out his number and store address email me at atlanticst42@aol.com and put Heart to Heat Bear in the subject line...and I will get you the info. He can totally bring back to life a tattered old bear.

I bought my grandson's Heart to Heart bear in 1988 and even now, at 21, he still has it with the original blue pajamas. The battery has only been replaced once and still keeps beating. That was one of the best investments I ever made.

I have over 18 of these bears in all shapes and colors~~I'll have to post a pic of them. I have the complete set of three mini ones pink, yellow, and blue. I have all of the baby bears, including the yellow and pink and christmas versions. I love these bears soooo much. Its gives me a bit of my childhood back. :)

Can anyone tell me if they made a doll version of the bear? I have one with a shirt on that looks exactly like heart to heart bear's shirt but it says heart to heart la baby. It does have a beating heart as well. But, it is labeled Berjusa and not Chosun. It has blond hair and is supposed to look like a real baby. She doesn't have her pants or anything else. I believe it says 1987. Please help?

I got mine on christmas when I was four. I was very sick that year and he was the only gift I could open. The heart beat would lull me to sleep. I still have him today I will be 27 at the end of the month. His hat is long gone and the leather off his nose rubbed away long ago, but his heart still beats!
