Description
A stuffed toy shaped like a lima bean but pale-peach colored (they were all caucasian; at least, in Connecticut they were), with arms and legs and a printed-on face. I think they had striped legs, like they were wearing socks. They were about 6" tall.

I don't remember the toys, but my sister had a folder and other school supplies for 3rd grade, about 1984
The ones I remember were china ornaments and you can find a lot of these for sale on Ebay! They are collectors items now.
I remember a board book about Human Beans. They were part of a family where they shared and took care of each other. Ie. On the swing "I'll push you if you push me". That is all I remember. It was one of my favourites, and I would love to find it again!
I thought these were older than the 80's. I do remember them, I always liked them!
I had a 'human bean' night-gown in 1984
My dad started calling me bean cause he got me an "easter beanie" when I was born. Cutest thing ever! Tattoo on butt like cabbage patch kids but said "I am a human bean"
I had two of them, one said "It isn't easy being a human bean". I wish I could find them again!
