Description
All the Jem dolls came with a cassette tape, as everyone stated. Here's why: There was also a stage you could buy. The "stage" was shaped like an 80's style keyboard (almost v-shaped) pink, white, and zebra striped. It cam e with a strap so you could wear or carry it. When you unfolded the top of the "keyboard" it became a stage for Jem and the holograms. (the lid being the back drop) Complete with dolls stands that turned, mics, etc. in the front was a little slide in tape deck (like a car stereo) so you could put in a tape, make the dolls move, etc. Or YOU could be the rock star, playing music (the cassettes) while air-jamming with the keyboard. Loved it. (for about 5 minutes lol)

I had this one when I was younger. It was cool the stands that came with the dolls themselves would wit into the stage and would hold up to 3 dolls. It had lightning bolts that you could put in the back and under the stage was massive storage space me and my sister used for all out clothes.

I had a JEM doll that came with a cassette tape of the best 80s music. I wish I still had that tape but it had Electric Avenue, the Jets, Walking On Sunshine, New Edition and more hits. Does anyone have a copy of that tape?

I still have this! I have the original box too. I don't think I have all the pieces but I like to dig it out from time to time. I remember going to KB toys with my mom, she was saving up for it. I'd look at it everytime we went and waited till I got it...I was SO happy!
