Basically they had long hair and they were sisters. Little Miss Make-up had cute tutu outfit, and her make-up came off with warm water and came back with cold water. Then there was Little Miss Dress -up who had a mini-skirt and some cute top and she had crimpy type of hair, and part of hair would turn pick in warm water and blue in cold water.LOL I still have both dolls, but they are in my chest at home.

I wanted her so badly after seeing her in a catalogue when I was 7, cause I loved her cute purple polka dot skirt and I loved makeup. She was even better when I finally got her, and I loved how the skirt can be worn in different ways, including inside out, and same with the cute headband with the bow. I would feel sad whenever I took all her makeup off and was worried the heart wouldn't come back, but it did when I managed to get ice from the freezer for it. I recently had to throw her out cause she got all wet and stank for days :( But I enjoyed playing with her as a kid and the memories will always be there.
