OMG!! I had for gotten all about Love Buds!! My older sister and I each had one. Hers was a blonde pigtailed doll with a pink body. Mine was red haired! I had so much fun watering that stupid flower. When my sister outgrew hers, she gave it to me. I used hers as Barbie's baby because there weren't any Krissy's or Stacie's or Kelly's back then, in the old days.

Gosh, I've been trying to find the name of these girls for ages!!! I LOVED mine!....I had the pink one with the blonde hair that came with the pink flower in the blue pot....and I also used to pretend she was Barbie's baby, at least until the Heart Family came out!! I think I still have the doll, but sadly, not the flower. Not sure why I was so fascinated with that toy but I was!! Watching the petals open up was just such fun!!

Thank you for posting the pic! I have been searching for this doll forever, but I kept getting Rose Petal Place, and I knew that is not what they were called. I LOVED my pink "Love Bud". I was so sad when left her behind at McDonald's. My mom even drove me back to find her but she was gone by then. I hope she at least found a good home, LOL!
