Description
He was gold or silver robot that wheeled around, could talk, and could blow out smoke. He had a red button on his head that made him talk. When he smoked he smelled really bad though.

I had this toy. He blew out smoke! It was crazy... but got old quick.

The talking version of the robot also came in a box marked "Magic Mike", so I guess his exact name can vary. Some don't have a working switch on the head and no internal sound unit, others have it. They come in red, black or gold and all three can either talk or not.

I have found some of these robots in local flea markets for $5 to $15 and have been able to use parts from one to fix another. The switching circuits are fairly cheaply made and corrosion sometimes prevents power from reaching motors or the smoke unit, and this can be cured with a careful cleaning. I recommend either an electroncis cleaning spray or "gumout" which is sold for cleaning carburetters and fuel systems in cars (spray can).
