This was possibly one of my favorite things while growing up. My brother and I had hundreds of these including ridiculously tiny micro machines that would fit inside of the regular micro machines. My brother stuck one of the really tiny ones up his nose...

These were totally cool. I think there was a big racetrack/street area that you could buy, but I didn't have it. Remember the commercials with that guy who talked REALLY REALLY fast??

I loved Micro Machines. I wish I wouldn't have sold all mine in a garage sale. As a kid, I sold my whole collection for around $10. There were hundreds of them. This was before the Internet was widely available and you could sell things on Ebay.

These were so awesome in the 80's. I remember having a few color change ones. I'll have to take a bunch of pictures the next time I'm at my parents house, not just of MM but lots of other stuff I have. As far as the fast-talking guy, he actually does hold a world record for fast talking (I think.) He was on that show "Identity" with Penn Gillette recently.

"Micro Machines . . . Think Big Play Small" In the words of that guy who spoke reaaaly fast. I used to love these, I used to play with these during recess at school and it took me and my friend the whole recess time to just push them from one side of the yard to the other

These things were great... Especially when you'd step on them in the dark on the way to the bathroom.

I still have the Super City tool box Action playset. Belongs to my son who is now 33 and this morning my grandson is playing with it. Just two little planes missing. I wonder if one can still buy them. Am going to check.
