I was such a sticker fiend! I loved my oilies, my scratch-&-sniffs, my fuzzies. We put them in photo albums & would trade like little brokers.

We had these in our photo albums, when we collected scratch and sniff's and stuff. My oily sticker looked like one of the Snorks.

WOW! Sticker collecting! The oilies were the most valuable, it took a clever trade to get one of these. There were the full oilies, and then there were the thin oilies with detail etched into them. I loved the full ones, even when they leaked and destroyed a page of my sticker book! GREAT MEMORY, THANKS!

OMG! Yes, oilies were THE most valuable! I loved my sticker book! I really wish I could remember what my sticker album had in it. I remember some of them...but I would kill to see it agin. Where is it now?!!! I've recently started to re-create my 80's sticker album. Buying from Ebay (very addictive), and spending a fortune. I've got oilies, smurfs, trend scratch n sniff's, satins, glitters, ctp sniffs, and trying to think of other things I had. Anybody got any ideas?

I remember trading stickers on saturdays in my garage the oilies were the best!! We had a record player and we would listen to "the double dutch bus" over and over again lol while trading!!! Love that I remember that.

I was obsessed with stickers.. I still like them, but then it could be argued that I never really grew up... My mom made me and my older brother sticker books and she used to get us all kinds of neet stickers to put in them!

Oilies were great, and I still have a few. They had to be kept out of the sun or they would turn black.
