Description
Paw Paw bears where a cartoon of the 80's as well as a toy. They were little bears that lived in a forest and were dressed as indians.

I dont remember much but I remember one I had a bear with a feater hat. i think was the leader?
I seen these not to long ago. They're like little plastic figures that wear indian feather hats. I don't remember them as a kid. Were they popular?
I ran into a collector of these on an internet forum awhile back. Apparently there were both plastic figures and plush toys. She posted a picture of one of her plush. They were pretty cool. Until I talked to this person I had no idea they made merchandise based on the cartoon.
THIS CARTOON CAME ON AS A SHORT ON "KIDS INCORPORATED". THE PAW PAW BEARS HAD A GIRL "PRINCESS PAW PAW" WHO HAD A STONE THAT WOULD WAKE UP THE TOTEM POLE IN TIMES OF DANGER. THE TOTEM POLE WAS A TURTLE, BEAR, AND BIRD. IT WAS SLIGHTLY POPULAR. I REMEMBER THE CARTOONS WELL. YOU CAN WATCH THEM ON YOUTUBE. I DID A FEW MONTHS BACK...LOL
I so remember this as a kid I LOVED this cartoon to bad you can't find it on DVD. I would love to show my nieces. Brings back memories of watching this and the smurfs.
They still show the cartoon once in a while on Boomerang.The one who stuck out in my mind was dark paw.
