Pale blue with pink and blue stripes on her legs and arme, lightning bolt in her mouth and on her heard. Fighter finally died in a traic dryer accident.

I've had my Pillow Friend, as I call him, for about 20 years. He's traveled to Europe and Mexico with me and still sleeps with me every night. ;) I'm not ashamed at all.

I was so jealous of my friends who had them!!! Now when I watch re-runs of Full House, it always makes me smile when DJ runs to her Pillow Pal for comfort.
Katie - October 07, 2007 - Report this comment
Yeah Dj from Fullhouse had one with a window on its face? Or at least it looked like a window.

I got the baby one when i was born, i've taken it everywhere with me since and she sleeps with me every night. Im not ashamed, i love her... i call her Person because thats all i could say when i was little to describe her. For my 18th birthday this year i also got another one... i've called this one Pinky due her being pink lol! She also has a bright blue eyes, has pink legs with black fishnets and black shoes with a red love heart on the front, she also carries a white handbag. I hope to purchase more... they are brilliant!

I too had the baby one. I can remember getting it for my 3rd birthday. Baby has been re-stuffed, cleaned, sewed, new lace you name it. She still looks pretty ratty because I slept with her every year for 21 years. Now that I'm married, Baby is in a nice storage spot. I'd love to find one to give to my own children one day!

I have one of these on my son's bed. It was my husbands and BOTH of them loved it so much that it's starting to wear thin!

I had Rock-a-bye Baby for about ten years, and by the end she was threadbare and had been sewn and resewn in about a zillion places. My mom and I got in a fight when I was 13 and she didn't survive. I still miss her sometimes and I'm 23 now.

Miranda - March 03, 2008 - Report this comment
I remember when these were popular! I HATED them. How stupid! I still think they're incredibly lame. Who wants to play with a stuffed window or door? Not me.

I had one along time ago. It was pillow fighter, I think I was like 6 or something, but I always had dreams of devils or demons like getting out of it......Really scary dreams I still remember it very well.....lol. I could sleep anywhere near it after those dreams.

I have Rock-a-bye Baby. I didn't have it as a kid though I wanted one. I found it at a thrift store and felt like I had totally hit the Jackpot. It's funny in Full House when DJ and Stephanie are arguing about whether to give Michelle DJ's Pillow Person or Mr. Bear.

A lot of people are cuddlers. Well let me chime in for the boys. I was pretty big into WWF (not WWE) and I used to lay mine on the couch and climb to the top ropes (arm of said chair) and drop the "supafly jimmy snucka elbow" on him. GET SOME!

I had BIG FOOTSTEPS, took him to college with me too. My roommate wanted one so bad. My dog chewed his nose off so I made him a new one, braided his hair. Kept him until my dad's basement flooded and he threw him away. He was a great friend, nice and comfy to lay on too.

So, I just found my Pillow Person (the one in the pink dress with the blonde pigtails) in my parents house while cleaning out for a move. I was shocked when I found that they were such a hot item online (the same one is currently going on ebay for over $60). Now, I just have to decide do I cherish it enough to keep (and will my daughter ever want it)? Or, should I sell it?? Hmmmm...
