My brother and I had a bunch of Esso one's, I'm pretty sure it was a gas station. But we also had cowboys and indians, and a few girly ones, I liked the indians best, they came with horses and other animals. Great toys, good times!

They have so many of these at the stores now compared to when I was little. They are still cute.

I loved Playmobil so much! They were probably one of my favorite toys as a child cause they allowed for so much creativity. For years, everyday after school my brother, friend, friend's brother, and I would go to my house and play Playmobil for hours until dinner time. We had so many playsets, including the doll house, island, pirate ship, hospital, school, wedding, playground, skiing, outdoor sets, various cars/trucks/boats, and more. I named every single Playmobil child figurine we had, and I still remember all their names!

I loved these so much but never had any of my own. I'd play with them when I went to my friend's house, she had a million people and animals and environments and accessories!

We always wanted these and took every opportunity to play with display sets, but I suspect we never got them because I remember them being VERY expensive by the standards of the time. Is that just my memory distorted by time..?

I just loved playing with these back when I was 6-7 years old. Good to see they still make them 30 years later.

I am now ashamed to admit that the Playmobil figures were my favorite targets for the BB gun. You could shoot pieces off and hit them just right and they just exploded. To bad I am grown up now and feel bad about wasting good toys!

I remember getting the Playmobil spaceship and a little space shuttle and other assorted space sets as a kid for Christmas one year. I loved them!

I received a Playmobil car (and figures) for Xmas one year. Whoever said it is high quality was right, it was very detailed and sturdy as well.

My uncle used to work for ESSO in the 80's in the arctic and one year my sisters and I got the Esso Gas Station from him for Christmas. I can remember being 4 or 5 and playing with those toys for hours!
