I loved "Rose Petal Place"! One of my friends down the street had the series of books and the dolls. I remember that the dolls smelled of fragrance (or had one you could apply); a powdery-rose, chamomile and honeysuckle blend. I remember the drawings had big blooms worns on the heads of the characters and they had flower-trimmed cars and homes.

I loved watching The Rose Petal Place cartoon! I had the book A Garden of Love to Share- it was a book with a tape, the Rose Petal doll, and the Lily Fair doll too! :)
