These are such adorable little dolls! It seems that they came in 4 groups called 1)flowers, 2)candy, 3)sentiments, and 4)babies. From what I can tell, each group has a set of pets (1 dog, cat, and bear) and 7 baby girls. From what I can also tell, each set has 3 accessories to it. There were a lot of little houses made. They were made out of a thick cardboard and had plastic bottoms and roofs. There was also a darling deluxe playhouse which I would so like to have! I am not sure exactly how many of these dolls were made but it seems that they were only made in 1989. That is a lot of dolls for 1 year! I wonder how big of a hit they were; how many were made? There also seems to be some dolls made with extra big bonnets (all of the baby girls have bonnets) but I have never seen them in real life; only in a photograph. Bobi Beth/Flore, Yes I also have been tracking down the so small babies. I have a few of them that have been at the bottom of my grown up childrens toys. They are so well loved by my little visitor that I have for ages been trying to get some more. I was wondering bobi beth where you actually got the information about them, that is great to know their proper names again, a few things you mentioned certainly rang a bell with me from when I bought them all those years ago. Hello, Bronwyn, Thanks so much for your story and for your question. When i was a kid I had 3 of the Sentiment girls and the 3 Candy Pets (which I have pictured). I never knew what they were called or that more were made. A lady in CA told me and thus began my search for more information. That led me here to this web-site! I met a lady who inherited lots of dolls NRFB. She had the 4 special accessories sets. I was able to buy one from her. On the back of the box is where i got most of my information. Then I met a wonderful lady from the Neverlands (Flore's mother) who has helped me out a great deal. Thank you so much for offering me your extra doll! I GREATLY appreciate it! Hello, Though I don't know if this message will be read by any of you I just wanted to say that such little baby dolls can sometimes be found on www.ebay.fr As a french girl I indeed agree with Flore : these dolls were rather popular in Europe in the 90's -well in France at least- Some are sold nowadays from time to time on Ebay.
