The multi-colored bears in the photograph on this page are NOT Teddy Beddy Bear! Teddy Beddy was just one bear - he didn't have any friends or different outfits. He appeared on lots & lots of toys, though - mostly infant stuff for the crib. He showed up in 1985.

I have had my Teddy Beddy Bear since December 25 1985. I used to work at a thrift store and some one had donated one in brand new condition! So i bought that one. When I do have a child this will be my gift to them cause Teddy Beddy Bear was my favorite. I guess when i was little my mom told me that when i became old enough to talk i just started calling him "dibbity" cause i couldnt say teddy beddy bear. haha I still have my original to this day from my first christmas.

Oh, I 4got 2 add...that other pic at the top of the colorful bears that ARE NOT teddy beddy bear, I could see why some1 who might not have known what he looked like could've got him confused w/ these other bears. As of right now when u type Teddy Beddy bear on ebay..those multicolored bears show up on the bottom of the search results, as they are called "Beddy Bears-Microwavable Teddy Bears" Um..Don't ask what the hell a microwavable teddy is...all I know, it's not Teddy Beddy Bear!

I bought a TBB a couple of months ago cause i wanted one for my baby when i had one, and about 4 onths after i bought it on ebay i found out i was pregnant due sept 28. My mom got me mine when i was born. I am 23yr old i had it since sept '85. It may not be in best condition but it is special none the less.

Last time I checked it was $100 for one in the box with everything blanket and shirt and if you are missing items like those you can buy them alone i think ... they have a email address you can ask them for more information

My son (age 23) had the Teddy Beddy Bear security blankie, from birth. As he got a bit bigger, he actually ended up going through 3 of them because he would walk around with the fuzzy end of the cap in his mouth and chewed through them. I did find and purchase another blankie on e-bay and will put it away for when he had a child. Also have the TBB bear and the other TBB bear which looks exactly like the blankie and is flatter than the shown above bear and has a large rattle in it. Oh, he has all his original blankies tucked away. :) Teddy is shown in the striped shirt on this page, the colored bears are not Teddy Beddy. I wish Fisher Price would remake/reintroduce the Teddy Beddy Bear line, and the Security Bunny Blanket (which my other 2 children had as babies). It would be great for the kids (now adults and parents) who had these as a baby to be able to get them for their children and babies without paying an arm and a leg. These security blankets, Teddy and Bunny were life-savers for us, and all our children still have theirs.

I got my daughters teddy beddy bear when i was still pregnant. he went into special care with her. he had his tonsils out and his apendix when she did he has been all over the place with her including abroad. now at 24 she is having her first baby my first grandchild. and i really want him to give her baby its very own teddy beddy bear to love. Please someone tell me how i can find one.

My girlfriend received a Teddy Beddy Bear from her grandfather on her birth date May 21, 1987. She still has it to this day and it is in very bad shape but still is very close to it.
