Yes, the moulds werebased on Thelwell ponies. However the items,characters and playset (fold up stable carry case, that came with hay, buckets and jumps) was called Penny's Pony Club. Many people thought this was an offset of the Oh Penny! toy range, but it wasn't.

I have a chestnut and a dark grey pony with riders (both have red jackets, I purchased them in the late 70's in Australia and have kept them in a china cabinet, they are in pretty much as new condition. I know there was a palomino released as well, but does anyone know what other colours were released
