Description
A game where "Mr. Tipit" balanced on his nose in the center of a balanced circular game board. Plastic rings of various colors were stacked on pegs all around the balanced game board and each player would take off one on each turn, depending on the color that was spun on the wheel. The loser was the first one to make Mr. Tipit fall off.

Some snooty girl brought tipit into class to use as a rainy day recess toy. We didn't hurt it, but we thought it was hilarious to not play the game, but spin the little man in circles without making him fall. She told the teacher on us and I never played it since. Those were the good old days.
